Howard’s recent achievements include acquiring his Pennsylvania Brokers License and membership in the New Jersey State and Mercer County Association of Realtors. Howard’s professional designations also include REBAC (real estate buyer agency council) and ABR (accredited buyer representative). Howard will leave no stone unturned to negotiate the best deal and has the one of the biggest network of active buyers which enables him to market properties more effectively. Howard’s dedication is demonstrated by the referrals he receives from past clients and it is his dedication that keeps these clients coming back to him again and again which is now presenting the second generation.
